r u joking? being a homosexual is no more a disease than being a heterosexual. but hating others because they are different from you is possbily the greatest disease there is.

No, being gay isn't a disease. Those who think it is should read a book on medicine. There is no cure for gay, or is there a treatment for it like their is for cancer. Plus there arn't millions of commercials saying that they have a medicine that will help keep you from 'catching' gay.
However, being gay isn't much of a choice. For some, yes it is, but for most, being gay is just like....well, to use an example before, 'like being left or right-handed'. Most don't choose to be gay, they just are.
There's nothing wrong with being gay either, it's just a matter of sexual preference. Would you rather be with a male or with a female.
Being a guy and having sex a guy is no more disgusting than having sex with a girl. It's just sex, you can catch diseases from either form of intercourse, but you can't get a guy pregnate, just as you don't have to deal with all the 'stickyness' after gay sex.
Since I'm not gay, my opinion on whether it's right or wrong can't (and shouldn't) count for much. That goes for everyone else that has an opinion on gay-ness. Unless a gay says being gay is wrong, then it's neither right or wrong.

Being gay is not a disease. You just tend to catch disease by being gay.

Being gay is not a disease. Some people are born gay and others are born straight. I think being gay is perfectly normal, so is being straight. Both life styles come with a wealth of joy and pain.

No, that's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. People thought that 20 years ago when the "gay disease" was spreading around. Now, we call that HIV/AIDS. Gays are born with less or no male testostiron in their brain, I think.

wow, i can't believe that someone is so stupid to have to ask this question, it must be some kind of a sick joke. I mean its obivously ment to offend people inside the gay and hetro communities.

I mean of course it is a disease, but asking? thats just mean, its spread through their gay bodies and comes out in their bodily fluids, like sweat, spit, blood, and of course sperm. You can catch the gay by hugging a gay person, kissing, or hell even being near a gay person. Thats why I say "NO WAY TO THE GAY!!!"

Homosexuality is no more a disease than is stupidity. Your brain is wired to respond to sexual partners on a very primitive level. For the survival of our species, this usually means an opposite sex partner. Some people have brains that respond sexually to same-sex partners. It's just biological variation and not a lifestyle, illness or mental disorder.

It's not a disease or a choice, any more than being left handed or right handed is a choice. People who think somebody CHOOSES their sexual orientation are ignorant. Why would anyone CHOOSE to be hated like gay people are in our society?

In a way yes. Some people dont choose to be gay. Doctors have said that they are missing a chromosome and thats why they are like that.

No, being gay is a choice that people make. contrary to popular belief, you are not pre-determined at birth to be gay or straight, you make that choice as you mature. and there is also nothing wrong with being gay. I am straight, but i never pass judgment on someone for being gay, its their choice, and as long as they're not hitting on me, im fine with that choice. those of you who are saying that it is "disgusting" or "wrong", well thats your opinion, but there is no need to say that in this forum, because it doesnt in any way answer the question. thank you

No.It's just something when you start to notice your own gender is "hot". Being a homosexual is nothing wrong. It's not very common, but it happens. Many people around the world are gay, but that's ok, and you should know that. Being gay is your choice to make.
