Anyway report her. You shouldn't have touched hers back because that could lead to problems. If you're reporting her but showed no signs of being distgusted or uncomfortable and went along with her sexual teasing and firting, then that could be another story. But since you're a minor all the responsibility goes to her.

report her...you both could get in trouble...her more so then you, i wouldn't go along with it if i were you, i know you enjoy it...but find a 15 y old girl who can touch you or something...it's a shame, i'm 23 and i can't even imagine touching any guy under the age of 20!...my man is 30...guess i just like them older:)
