Well you wouldn't be able to make a full cd but iTunes has been having a free holiday single of the week that's the only legal way I know of getting free christmas music. There's limewire which is illegal but it will let you choose any song you want.

Go to www.limewire.com Download the thing and then you open it up type in what you want and you can get free music. So i've heard.

Find the song you would like to use.
Then add it to your playlist.
Third listen to music with Windows Media Player and save the music.
You should be able to burn it.
