if it is spurting intermittently with the heartbeat, then she has severed the vein and needs to go to the ER right away, she is in danger of bleeding to death. if it is just a lot of blood without the spurting, she may only need stitches or if its not too deep it may stop on its own,. Either way she needs medical attention, she needs help if she's cutting.

Go to the doc HURRY put a towel over her arm (cause she is bleeding badly) put preasure on it quickly see if she is ok and when he or she says that still go to her house for like a half an hour everyday in a hurry

if she was able to call you she outta be able to call 911! what are you doing on the computer? if she cut an artery she could die! call 911 NOW! ask questions on the computer after you made the call at least.

well as long as it is acroos and not down it should be ok
but if it is bleeding alot you mite wanna get her too the hospital like now !!
you never no the blood might not clott and she could still bleed to death
