I sent money to this signator publishing, they told me that the book with my daughters picture would be here in November of last year and then they said publishing had been delayed and it would be March of this year and I still haven't heard anything. Does anyone know how I can get in touch with this company or what I can do about getting my money back.?

This does not help you now but hopefully this instance will teach you some valuable lessons. First of all always pay with a credit card (not a debit card). This gives you extra protection. In most states businesses are required to send you the product you ordered within 8 weeks. If you have not received a promised product in 56 days then file a complaint with your credit card company, as their cutoff date for filing a complaint is 60 days.

Also the BBB is your friend. If you're concerned about a business or have never dealt with it before goto http://www.bbb.org and look up the business.

It looks like Signator is based in Washington DC. Try calling 202-521-3334

It looks like the BBB has handled 22 delivery complaints in the past 24 months. Ten of those were resolved, in one case Signator made a genuine effort to resolve the complaint and in 11 cases they did not respond.

Since so much time has gone by you may not be able to secure a refund. Be sure to file a complaint with the BBB and your state's attorney general's office. Call Signator today and try to resolve the issue. You've given them plenty of time to resolve the issue. It should be no problem for them to overnight the book to you.
