If the female is not on birth control, and has had unprotected sex, and still has a uterus and ovaries, then she can be pregnant, period. Some chemotherapy agents used for cancer treatment cause infertility, but it would depend on the agent, and how long it was used. Cervical cancers are usually treated with surgical removal of the cancer only, unless it had spread. So yes, it is possible to have 'low grade' cancer or cervical dysplasia, and be pregnant.
How does one know if they are pregnant. Well, that's what pregnancy tests are for. So go to a store and buy one, if you have missed your last menses at least a week ago. A missed menstrual cycle is the most obvious sign of pregnancy.
If you are not pregnant, then I suggest you consider using birth control and a condom in the future. HPV (human papilloma virus) is a sexually transmitted disease that has been implicated in cervical cancer in women. Condoms protect you from much more than just HIV/AIDS.

If you're not using a contraception, you have a high probability of getting pregnant and an STD. Even with it you have a 23% change of getting them.

If you don't want to get pregnant, I suggest birth control and contraception. Unless you are strong enough to not have sex.
