Tony Hawk's project 8 help?

What does it take to improve your top 8 ranking in project 8. I've completed the am level and can't get any cut scene Or etc. to advance me past #7 in the ranks. I have completed 42% of pro goals. When is tony going to give me a pro showdown

you gotta get it way higher than 42%, i upped all my completion levels to the 60's before anything big happened. Do all the gaps and redo the AM completed goals and that should get you further.
