Every state is different. The usual ages are 18 or 21. In Europe, it may actually be 16. In Canada, in Ontario, it is 19 for drinking. Overall, there is no consistency, historically and currently.

I believe it is 21 in Michigan.

You sound like a perv trying to convince a young girl to file for emancipation so you can have sex with her....of course hoping that the consent age is like 16 or less.

Pervert!

It is 18.Ok I don't know where you are going with the emancipation thing, but it is very hard to get.You ahev to prove you can support yourself, and have to basically have to have a runaway parent,OR a very ill parent that can't work.If you don't know what adult age is in your state you are probly very young. So just stick it out.

I know this since I do in fact live in Michigan. The age is 18 for legal adult hood and the age you are aloud to drink legally is 21.
