put you arms through the straps, lean forward to put your breast in the cups and hook the back that is the proper way to put on a bra

Videos like that don't exist, considering putting on a bra is one of the easiest things known to man, second only to walking and hitting people. Hook the hooks and put your arms through the straps is all I can say. If you really seriously are having troubles, then ask your mom or an older sister. Don't be embarassed about asking someone... oh wait

I don't know about videos, so I'll try to explain it. If you still can't do it, specify what I need to clarify, or ask a female who is close to you.
Unhook it, flip it upside down and inside out, and wrap it around you backwards. You should then have the cups behind you with the hook in the front, and it should be hanging down so that the outside of the bra is toward you. Hook it in the front, and scoot it around properly. Pull your arms through the straps.

Either you're 8 or you're a sick old guy posing as a female...
But when I first started weaing a bra I also had trouble understanding it. Lay it out flat...the cups go on your boobs and the two large loops go over your shoulders, then just close the back. Sorry, I don't have a video for you.

Take your every day bra, slide your arms through the straps and reach around behind you,to your back, and try to connect the hooks together. It takes years of practice, but I think you can do it.

Buy one that closes in the front, it looks like otherwise you would have a problem.
