just start talking to him. do you have classes with him, are u two already friends, can one of your friends introduce the two of you. dress cute every day, and look like a happy fun girl, but not obnoxious.

High School? Let's see! First off, be yourself no matter what. Strike up a conversation. It may sound lame to you now, but it is a start. How's he gonna notice you if you won't even talk to him. It's how I landed my husband. I invited him to a birthday party and 9 mths later we were married. Just, don't rush into anything. Good Luck!

just be your self and when you see him make it appoint to pass him and say hi, even if you suppose to go the other way. and do that for a while, then one day start talking to him, and then ask him out.
