When I download a free trial from download.com it downloads, installs and the screen pops up that says start free trial but when I click it nothing happens. The start free trial screen just sits there. Is there something in the settings on my computer that is blocking me from playing?

It is every game I try to download. The ones I tried before were all Tycoon games. Now I want to download Pharaoh free trial, but want to know what the problem might be before I download it.

I also tried the Tycoon trials at Yahoo with the same problem.

First you should try to download a trial from another site, to make sure its your computer and not the site.
