I've just graduated with 2.5 gpa. I want to go to law school, but my gpa is horrible. If i become a police officer for a few years, can that increase my chances to enter law school, any law school.

You can increase your chances by serving as a police officer and becoming a well rounded person overall. Consider a master's degree, extracurriculars, a fraternity, sport teams, etc. A low undergraduate G.P.A. is not a death sentence but it's not the golden ticket either. You need more than your employment to be a "golden ticket". That is not really impressive in itself.
