Connecting laptop to PC?

I have a toshiba Laptop Toshiba Satellite R25-S3503 and I am trying to connect this laptop to TV with scart input...I am in UK and I am finding it problematic to connect this properly. If somebody could tell me steps by steps I need to follow, it would be great...

SCART is not a good way to connect a Laptop to a PC. I suggest you use an Ethernet Cable. I'm not surprised you are having problems ...
