I'm a U.S. graduate student, but I've been keeping up with the murder case (it's quite fascinating; I've also read about the Peter Sutcliffe case and studied the big debates in prostitution/pornography) and just read about the issued injunctions. If the cornoner can't find a cause of death for three of the girls, how on earth might they have been killed? Poison?
It seems bizarre that they weren't raped, either. Or shot in the head and cut up. But maybe that latter is just an American thing.

I obviously utterly sympathize with their family and friends, am the first to champion prostitutes' rights, and don't consider my question "glib" at all. What I mean by "fascinating" is that it seems a bit of a mystery that no cause of death can be determined in all but two of the girls.
I hope their killer(s) come to justice, but that obviously can't be done until law enforcement is able to figure out what happened and how. Justice requires more than just sitting around and feeling sorry.
