Not as far as I know. Wikapedia has this to say: Mexican rockers Maná recorded this for the Spanish language market edition of the Tribute album Encomium. It's the only officially-released Led Zeppelin cover song in Spanish and is called "Tonto En La Lluvia".
The song has been performed or covered by several other bands, including The Great Scott, OAR with Robert Randolph, and Dave Matthews and Umphreys McGee, both in live performances.
Led Zeppelin never performed this live, however on October 5, 2005, Robert Plant performed the song with Pearl Jam at a Hurricane Katrina benefit show.
