You know when like your baby is born, go to college, first woohoo, and growing up. i dont see the cutscene.

It might be turned off under the video section in the options panel. If you go to it and it's greyed out, it means it takes too much of your computer's sources to leave that option running. You might need to upgrade your processor, video card, or both.
Also, your computer automatically sets the options up on its own, based on your system's components. As long as the game still runs smoothly and you're okay without the cutscenes, there shouldn't be a problem playing it on the computer you've got right now though. Hope this helps. =)
