Once you down load a podcast can you unsubscribe from it? And how?

If you're using iTunes, go to the Podcasts menu, select the podcast, and just click "unsubscribe" in the lower left.

UPDATE: I mean lower right.

right click on the podcast you don't want and click delete. really simple
