If the prescription is written to you from a Dr. then no, but if you do not have the prescription they can take your license.
You may be able to regain it by asking for rehab, this may keep your employers from firing you.

There are no allergy meds that will cause a positive test for the CDL. The results for the confirmation test should be back from the lab in a few days and most companies will suspend him until that time. Then it is up to company what happens to him. BTW I'm an RN who does the CDL random testing all the time.

I would think that if you drove while under the influence and the prescribed drug impaired your ability to drive then YES they can take your license or fine you or if you have enough DUI's they can jail you.
Get a grip and don't drive under the influence, have a friend or relative drive. It will be cheaper in the long run.

It depends on what drug it is. Even if you are legally prescribed to something like Xanax or another benzodiazepine, they can and will revoke your license. I wholeheartedly agree; a person on any sedative-hypnotic should not be trusted to drive commercially. You cannot get a pilot's license if you are prescribed them, either.

No, but when you go in for the screening make sure they know you are taking the medication and take the prescription bottle with you so they can make notations and remove the chemistry profile for opiates or amphetamines from the testing.

Not if it's your valid prescription, prescribed to you by your doctor who is currently treating you. You may need your doctor to write a letter if someone questions you.

If you have a scrip for a drug that shows up on a UA, you should only have to prove it was prescribed.

Not if it was legally prescribed to you. They don't look for those drugs.
