You really dont have much choice here, you can risk seeing her and end up in jail or move on past all this. I realize that you may have gotten screwed here which makes no difference because her mom managed to get a restraining order against you, and thats all that matters here. Unless the order says no to contact her in any way or form, you can contact her by mail or note sent by friend explaining your side. But then you still cant see her or have any kind of relationship with her because of the order. Either way, thanks to mom, its basically over for now so forget about her and move on. Good luck and Merry Christmas

You state that HER and her MOM put a restraining order against you. Obviously SHE does not want anything to do with you. You better follow the restraining order. Even calling her will put you in jail. Dont waste your time on her, she obviously aint worth your time and effort. Find a girl that is worth your love.

You no longer have a girlfriend. Obey the restraining order and give up the relationship right now. The girl is not your property and I doubt she's interested in an explanation.

Obey the restraining order. These people are not worth going to jail over.

Well, if the mom is lying, and the girlfriend trusts her, she obviously doesn't like you for some reason. I hope you are telling the truth about this. If you are, and the mom is really trying to keep you away, there must be a reason, so stay away, unless you want to go to jail. There are plenty of other fish in the sea.

The restraining order does not last forever and you can call her and hope she listens to your explanation. You must have said some pretty harsh words for the mom to convince that it was true.

What about complying with the restraining order and staying away from jail.

Good luck

What crazy country do you live in that it's so easy to get a restraining order? Or are you telling us the whole story?

If this is not true then why worry about it?Find yourself someone better because she's not worth it.Stay away from your girlfriend because you can go to jail. It just goes to show what her mother is really like-a trouble maker.

Just leave them alone, there is some reason she got that restraining order, they investigate those, they don't just hand them out without some reason.
