I think it's ok . . . I'm not a big fan of either those heels or knee-length capris, but I don't think it's trashy.

Based on the shoes and the pants, not bad. Certainly not trashy. What would make it trashy is what you wear on top.

I think that it'll look cute. If you are going to wear really tight capris than I would suggest wearing a longer shirt to balance it out and f*ck what anybody else says.
