D&D Online -- is StormReach how you get started?

I want to get this game for my husband for Christmas, but want to make sure I'm getting him the right starter software, and not giving him an expansion pack that he won't be able to use right away. I found Dungeons & Dragons Online: StormReach (DVD-Rom) on amazon.com -- is that the right game?

Yep, it sure is. I don't think there are any expansions for it yet.
