Hey well whatever floats your boat!!! I'd get breast Implants. Nothing suuuper LARGE, but just nice even ones. Thats assuming that I 'd have $5,000 to spare, and will be able to replace them every 10 years as required. LOL. I'm all for it, as long as you research everything from Doctors (certification, recommendations etc., to procedures, after affects, and surgical sites) . I don't see anything wrong with it. Just be knowledgable!!!

Well to me I think plastic surgery should ONLY be done on people with real deformities like a cleft lip etc. But for people that want bigger boobs or a bigger *** is just ridiculous! I mean if ya have self esteem issues then there is definitely a problem with that person mentally. A persons history should be evaluated. Why are they feeling the need to change what they were born with? Did they have a parent who always put them down? Well i was watching something on tv a few years ago about a girl that wanted bigger boobs so bad that she became depressed. Her parents boght into her BS and she got her wish. Im thinking WTF?!! I mean what is wrong with that person? But anyways just my opinion.

I always said I'd never get plastic surgery. But I'm not so sure. But when I think about it I really don't want to change my features to look like what the media says is beautiful. I mean whatever happened to growing old gracefully. These days you have 50 year olds having face lifts and breast lifts! It gets ridiculous. Hopefully I will never decide to go under the knife!

I think cosmetic surgery is necessary for those with severe deformities or damage caused by medical problems. It is probably even part of the job description of some actors or actresses who have to look and behave a certain way, in order for the box-office to go kaching-kaching. But for anyone who lives beyond the public eye, I don't understand the point of going under the knife to become someone else's idea of beautiful.
It's expensive, risky, and time-consuming.

I think it's fine if you're aware of your intentions. If you're getting surgery to please a spouse or boyfriend, that is the wrong reason. If it is for personal gratification, they by all means look into it. Be aware of the potential complications and possible outcomes and all the risks. It may not be exactly what you anticipate it to look like. Know the qualifications of the plastic surgeon. Are they Board certified, are they specialized(received additional training) to perform the surgery that you want? How many of those specific procedures have they done? How many malpractice suits do they have against them? These are some of the things that you need to know before going into it.

I find cosmetic surgery to be a disgrace. It's disgusting. If you don't want to look old, die young. Or try laughing more, a positive outlook and a good sense of humor will keep you looking young far beyond your years.

Plastic surgery has become very common now. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.
Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.
Many patients travel from United States of America and UK to get low cost surgery in India. Indian corporate hospitals are comparable to hospitals anywhere in the world. In fact, India has medical facilities that are comparable with the USA, UK and Canada. India offers World Class Medical Facilities, comparable with any of the western countries. India has state of the art Hospitals and the best medical experts. With the best infrastructure, the best possible Medical facilities, accompanied with the most competitive prices, you can get the treatment done in India at the lowest prices.

Hope this helps.

A complete waste of money.
It is most definatly what is on the inside that counts.
If someone is ugly on the inside, plastic surgery can't do anything for them.
That money could go to charity and help someone live longer. Just think about it in the grand scheme of things. Vanity is a sin.

I think that if you want to feel better about what you see in the mirror and it's something that can be changed and you have the means to do it, then go for it. You are the one who has to live with your decision either way. If you are doing it for YOU, then I'm all for it. Do I think it is necessary, no, not usually. If it's something that has bothered you and has effected the way you feel about yourself, then yeah, you should do it. If you are getting it done to make someone else happy then I think it shouldn't be done unless it's something you've already given thought to.

Try it if you feel like it. I think it can make people look funny, sometimes better. If you want to look young, I reccomend a good diet, exercise daily and wearing sunscreen when going outside.
If you want your body to make you feel happy, just try smiling. Don't need plastic surgery to do that (unless you have some condition).
