What does sex mean?When I read the dictonary it says sexual activity but sexual means to have sex!!!!?

So what does sex mean though?

That is the thing which Bill Clinton played with concerning Monica. In the 'old days' sex meant intercourse, common copulation. If a penis went in a vagina that was sex. If it played around outside, it was not technically sex.

These days the line is commonly ejaculation or arousal. If the guy ejaculated, he was guilty no matter where it flew, or what came about to bring it out. So there is phone sex, chat sex, oral sex, anal sex, and safe sex--all seen as sex in someone's eyes even if, as the case of Bill and Monica, there "was no sexual relations with that woman."
