No... but im not really a hugely moral person...lol - I think you are off the hook because you didn't stand up and take a vow that you would never be wioth another - he did - the onus is on him to keep his vows not you. I also don't believe in the homewrecker theory...if it was a happy marriage he wouldnt be sleeping with you. but i doubt if you get caught shes going to see it that way

It sounds like this "man" is playing both of you. Perhaps they are still separated and not divorced because they are considering a reconciliation and you are just his fling. I think anytime someone is still married you should abide by the "Forsaking all others" part of the vows and leave married men alone.

I think you know what you are doing is wrong because you feel enough guilt and confusion to ask this question. Never trust a man who is cheating on his wife. Even if he did leave her, who's to say he wouldn't cheat on you too?

Good luck!

He's a coward, and most likely a liar. If things were really that bad, he would be gone and have made a permanent change/divorce. Why is he not divorced yet?! You deserve a person who is not tied to someone else. If you start this relationship, or continue with it, you will only have yourself to blame and kick when he walks away from you.

Being with someone who is married is wrong. (I am guessing you already knew that.) Just because they do not live together does not make it okay to sleep around. Why would you want to get involved with him anyway? - Once a cheater Always a cheater. Think about the relationship you and him would have.

It is wrong to sleep with a married man , regardless of the conditions. How do you know she doesn't want him , if he told you that than just fluff it off. All married men will tell you anything to get you to sleep with them.

how do u know she doesn't want him? how do u know what he is telling u is true? men will say all kinds of things, and tell all kinds of lies to get what they want, and get u to feel sorry for him.wait till he shows u divorce papers, than u can consider having a relationship with him. why sleep with him if there has been no promise of any commitment, your selling yourself short my dear, and most likely causing someones poor unsuspecting wife alot of grief. u really don't know how his wife feels unless u have personally spoken to her. if u do manage to break up his marriage, what will he be telling the next girl about you? dump him so u can go find someone where there isn't any competition.

Of course. If she didn't want him she would have divorced. Stop trying to justify wanting to sleep with a married man. It's wrong. If you're going to do it. Then just do it.

I would say yes but here in Virginia you must be seperated a year before a no fault divorce can be filed so I guess not.

I would say it does make a difference. My mother is seperated from my father, they are done. Although she's staying legally married until one decides to get married again, for certain reasons such as medical. So as long as they are done, then that peice of paper really doesn't make that difference. Go for it.

Sure, usually. If you are looking for marriage, a family, a nice relationship, you won't get it with a married man, hon. IF she is disabled, and you like to just screw anything for the jollies of it, and she knows, and you have nothing else that you wish your life to include, probably. But we called those prostitutes...and if he isn't paying you, you're a w(h)ore.
