Exchange gifts and make a big meal together. Make sure you help with the dishes too.

If neither of you have plans with family or friends then you should plan something simple for just two of you.
Maybe both of you can cook a light meal together and use candles and flowers for romantic evening. You can excange gifts and drink wine with good music in the back ground. And talk^^

I would make a scavenger hunt for him. Hide his presennt and put clues as to where it is around th house. Then put the first clue in a little box for him to open.
