I was in the ER with a bad stomach bug and mine came back within a couple hours

It doesn't take more than 10/15 mins. if you go to planned parenthood. They do the test right there, of course you could not be far enough along for the test to pick up on the pregnancy hormone. (human chorionic gonadotropin, better known as hCG)In which case you'd have to give it another week or so.. and do another test.

If you have the test done in the e.r., you will get the results in about 1/2 hour

that day...as soon as they test it. it may however take the doctors office a couple of days to call you with the results!

I got my results in about 30 minuets, it depends on how fast the doctor checks your results!!

Not sure, why not use a home pregnancy test? Some of them take less than 1 minute.
