i once downloaded the themesong from limewire, so they may have other stuff there too...
as far as whether or not they are coming to dvd, they will eventually i am sure... they were available on VHS... i do know of a site that sells dvd-rom copies of 50 episodes http://www.tvdvdplanet.com/movie/cartoon/The_Best_Of_The_Muppet_Babies.html
