what are some reason that a 13 year old girl had a baby early at only 6 months? the baby died but what are some reasons that , that could have happened

she left the hospital early did they need to do tests to find out if anything was wrong? was it ok that she left after the baby died 5 hours later??

Small placenta from not being able to produce a large amount of hormones.
Not eating right due to trying to keep weight down in an effort to hide the pregnancy.
Those 2 come to mind.

At 13 years old the body isnt really "ready" to have a baby and that could be a factor. Poor eating habits, health and alot of other things could be factors.

Her body wasnt mature enough to carry a baby to full term. She didnt get proper pre-natal care. She may have smoked.

well maybe her body wasnt ready to carry a baby. honey, as females are bodies are always developing and at 13 to carry a baby, thats a huge risk to take.

I'm a nurse. Her body wasn't fullly mature enough to carry the child full term.

She may not have taken care of herself and her unborn baby properly. Her young body may have rejected the baby.
