Yes, it would.
HOWEVER, it takes getting used to, because:
1) it weighs almost a 100 lbs more than a glide front end.
2) it doesn't have as much travel as a glide front end.
3) without the dampner (looks like a shock hanging off the front end), it will "POGO" when you hit a bump.

it relatively relies upon on how the springer replaced into set up. With present day oil in front forks. they are going to paintings greater suitable than a springer and are greater adjustable than a springer. My front end is like driving on an air cusion, the right front end with oil set you my weight. the purpose of the front end isn't a seem, it quite is how nicely it works. you may fall ill of the springer, it relatively relies upon the way it rides on that motorbike, no longer something greater. "each and every motorbike handles separate to a various motorbike". you ought to journey in the past you purchase it, ask the broking in case you may arise and journey the motorbike first. fairly some money, in case you finally end up hating the journey or the motorbike over all.

the hardest part would be sourcing a triple clamp which would have the correct offset to allow you to keep the frame rails under the motor paralell to the ground (ie, the way the bike sits currently with the sporty forks). Not a novice modification.
