My wife's period finished about a week and a half before we had intercourse. Now it is the 4th day later and she felt like she was going to throw up for no reason that we can determine.
Would pregnancy-related nausea occur this early after conception and be the reason?

Maybe the problem is you. You might make her sick. The fact that a man is on here asking about his wifes period kinda makes me nauseated.

Good article referenced. It says usually at 6 weeks, but as early as 4 weeks.
Anything's possible, but she may be having psychosomatic symptoms or stress related nausea.

Everyone is different for me it started 6 weeks pregnant for a friend of mine was almost right away. It generally lasts until the second trimester.
