im 24 weeks pregnant, and was wondering if anyone can suggest ways of helping to prevent urine infections? i drink lots of water, take my prenatal vitamins, but seem prone to them. Any advice would be helpfull thanks

Not to be too graphic but be sure to urinate before and immediately after intercourse, avoid bubble bath or scented soaps, wear loose cotton underwear and be sure to keep it dry down there as much as possible :)

unfortunately you are doing all you can, drink 100% cranberry juice too. Pregnancy hormones cause some women to have excessive UTIs the whole time. (I had 4 during my pregnancy). I never even had any symptoms but every time I'd go and pee in the cup they'd tell me I had ANOTHER one. It was really frustrating.

If youre prone to them you're prone to them.

Always pee before and after sex, wipe from the front to the back, dont wear tight pants, drink cranberry juice.
