is there any way i can make my bt yahoo browser refresh itself without me having to physically press the refresh icon

You could try Refresher; it's free and can refresh two pages at predetermined intervals. Useful for monitoring news/auction sites etc

Not really, unless you developed the site. However, you can hit F5 on your keyboard to refresh. It saves you mousing around on screen.
