I believe that SSA means Soprano I, Soprano II and Alto. This is used for an arrangement for women's voices only. SATB means Soprano, Alto, Tenor and Bass which uses both male and female voices in the arrangement.

OK also stands for Oklahoma, in which case it would be capitalized. But I don't think you would capitalize it for the abbreviation of okay, it would be ok.
