Need help with internet problem?

I have a problem with my internet. I use firefox. My connection is working, but every time I open my firefox screen, it comes up blank and in the bottom right hand corner, it says "connection error". I know that my internet works though because when I load up my instant messenger, it connects. PLEASE HELP!

Try another Browser to see if you can connect. If you can then you may need to uninstall Fire Fox and re install it.
