Bricklaying is a very physical trade and really fast paste as a mason your job is to basically just lay bricks and figure out cuts and the laborer dose the rest.

As a laborer you always stay one step ahead of the bricklayer your duties are too, wet there boards, keep there mortar soft and full, keep there bricks full, set up scaffold, raise them up so they can keep working, cut bricks, clean up, and much more. So basically you have to make it easier for the bricklayer to to his job.
