No. Audrey was the daughter of an English banker and Dutch aristocrat and immigrated to the US after the start of WWII. Katharine was from Connecticut and was the daughter of a doctor and a suffragette.

I love them both, but they are not related. Katharine Hepburn was born Katharine Houghton Hepburn, while Audrey Hepburn was born Audrey Kathleen Ruston. Audrey's family later changed their name to Hepburn-Ruston, because they were descendants of a James Hepburn (who Katharine Hepburn may also have been descended from). When she became famous Audrey officially changed her name to Audrey Hepburn, perhaps as a tribute to Katharine. So although they are not directly related they may be distantly related. Hope this helps!

No. The confusion arises because Kathryn Hepburn acted with her niece in the movie, Guess who's coming to Dinner". Her niece is Kathryn Houton. Audrey and Katharine Hepburn were not related.
