Will the FBI take me as a Special Agent if I have a misdemeanor of Battery (against another man) in my background? The record has been sealed as withold of adjudication. I speak Mandarin, Ex-military and B.A. International Business to offer them.

I doubt it. I've read their requirements and they're pretty picky.

Typically if an individual admits to past marijuana use it prevents them from becoming a Special Agent (even if there were never any charges filed against them, or any incidents at all), so I would assume that misdemeanor Battery would disqualify you. It's worth a shot of course, but don't too much hope in it.

It MAY be possible, but not likely. Usually a crime against another person is an automatic disqualifier.
