Get your written music in the hands of record label executives. Record Labels hire songwriters to their label to write songs for their artists. Pretty much 95% of the pop music you hear on the radio is not written by the artist that performs the song, but by people like you that enjoy writing more than they do performing. The absolute best way to get your music heard is to be able to play it and distribute it yourself, because its not always easy getting Record Labels to read or listen to your stuff. Good luck buddy, and be sure to copyright all of your material to avoid getting it stolen, trust me, it happens all the time.

Start a band would be the best bet. You need somebody to be able to get your lyrics out there.

If all you do is write, can't sing/play, then find a band that is interested in your lyrics and make sure you are credited for writing them.

You must move to the recording band's label workplace, reminiscent of Atlantic, RCA, or Universal, and ask wether they're thinking about lyrics writers or present them your lyrics to promote.
