Take his car and move it to another spot in the parking lot.
A few years ago, my boss' car was actually stolen, in the late morning, from his assigned parking space.
He was convinced it was a prank and spent the entire day badgering everyone to return his car.
His secretary had to call the police. When an officer showed up to fill out a theft report, the boss was finally convinced it was not a joke. For a short time, he did suspect that the police officer was a part of the prank that wasn't a prank.

hire someone to do a hug-a-gram or sing-a-gram. and have them dress up as santa or sing christmas carols!
and to make them worry start a rumor that a striper is comming
