of these choices would have to say " E " however another major factor the South had was a larger force of well trained officers. although lacking in manpower the Northern Generals were at a major disadvantage at the very beginning of the War.

My GOD ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!!??? Will to FIGHT??? You think those store clerks and bank tellers wanted to go fight those southern boys most of who used their rifles since teething just for food? All things being equal the south would've ended that skirmish in a year. But what killed us is no supply line from the sea

I believe the answer would be "e" because wasn't it the south who started the war? That would mean that they had a stronger will.
