Sometimes stress makes you laugh at an inappropriate time - when my dad died and I was with the funeral director trying to pick out a casket, he was going over the different options starting with the most expensive. Each time he went down to the next option and was trying to make it sound impressive - eventually it got so ridiculous that the thought went through my head that the final option was going to be "We'll wrap him in tin foil and put him in a zip-lock baggie"! The more I tried not to laugh the funnier it got, and I wound up with my head down in my lap shaking with laughter - fortunately it looked like I was crying, which of course is what it turned into...

a funeral and maybe a hospital when they tell you someone died
maybe even the Grocery store cause if you were laughing hysterically then you might sound creepy
