i want to do quest talk to people and levle up and get to be werewolves and other mosters

if you want to talk to people and level and transfigure, bet game for that is World of Warcraft. For you, youd want to be a Druid, you get bear form, cat (tigerish), a water form and an air form. Quests are unlimited, world is huge, and the people are great!
yes it costs money, but look at it this way, you will probably spend more time on this than other hobbies which cost a lot more. playing WoW ends up costing about 20 cents an hour.

World of warcraft is a MUST to get! If you want to transform into creatures then become a druid. They get bear form which is your tank form, cat form which is more of your damage per second form and stealth mode, Cheetah form which is your "travel form" you run a LOT faster in this form, aquatic form which turns you into a killer seal and your swim speed increases. However if you would rather have a "monster" as a pet (minion) then go with a warlock....you summon demons to do the work for you basically.
All in all, this is the BEST game to buy. You do have to pay for it but its well worth it. Also check out guildwars which is FREE to play. The graphics are great and the game is just fun.
