You'll be entitled to maternity allowance. It's not a great rate but talk to your midwife and she'll be able to provide lots of benefit info with all the maternity info. I found they were much more helpful than jobcentre plus who neglected to tell me all sorts of entitlements. Check this website:

You are entitled to maternity allowance. This pays you 90% of your average wages (taken over a 13 week period that you choose) for 9 months, provided your baby is due after 1st April 2007. If you baby is due before then, you only get 6 months.

Disability. Iam not sure how it works for you being self employed. It would depend on the taxes you pay and the way your business is set up.
