My fiance and I are getting married Jan 5th in Las Vegas, and I was wondering if anyone had some suggestions on a nice restaurant to take her for dinner after. I was looking for something romantic, nice food (not so nice that we don't know what we are eating), and somewhere on the strip. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thanks....

Hello,
Congratulations on your wedding. I have a couple of suggestions since I live in Vegas. The Stratosphere would be number 1. At the top there is a revolving restaurant named "On top of the world" The food is great, little pricey but not to bad and the view is spectacular, ask for a window table, Another suggestion would be Capital Grill, it is across the street from the new Wynn casino and I can't remember the name of this one but it is in the Bellagio, if not to cold, you can sit outside and have a front row table and enjoy the water show that is awesome. I highly suggest reservations for all of them. You really can't gone wrong with any of the restaurants on the strip. Good luck and best wishes!!

Congratulations! We chose Mon Ami Gabi for our reception - great food, good views over to the Bellagio fountains, nice service. But if it's jsut the 2 of you, take a look at Olives at Bellagio or the Eiffel Tower restaurant at Paris - both have great views and great views.

I've also attached a link to an artivle about the restaurants with the best views in Vegas.

Have fun!

You need a romantic restaurant and quiet. Picasso at Bellagio, make reservations. The Paris Hotel has a restaurant at the top of the Eiffel Tower, try it. It is romantic. Want fun, great view, try Bon Ami Gabi across from The Bellagio. There are so many great restaurants here, the most important thing is to just enjoy your bride! Congratulations to you!

Ugh - stratosphere? In a wedding gown? Uck.

Bellagio Buffet? In a wedding gown? Uck.

Circus Circus???? lol.

Pick one of the sit down restaurants in Bellagio or Wynn. The hotels' websites list many of the menus.

The Mandalay Bay has some awesome restaurants as well, but it's not centrally located, so that's a problem for some people.

A really romantic place is Hugo's Cellar in the Four Queens Hotel in downtown Las Vegas. www.hugoscellar.com I went to a very, very romantic dinner there. When you walk in your wife will be handed a long stem rose. The food is to die for. If you want romance and you want to impress her I highly, highly recommend this place to you.
