It's not uncommon at all...I don't "bust nuts" because I'm a chick, but I've had masturbatory fantasies when in a relationship (or married) that didn't involved my significant other...nothing wrong with that at all...as long as that's where it stays...

No. That would be a little disturbing.

To be clear I have thought about people other than my spouse yes, and sometimes people I know. But not regularly - THAT is a problem that can lead to a fixation.
