I have almost nothing on it cause i have a separate hard disk and i have 14.8 GB free

Possibly not enough memory for large programs

Sounds like a virus or spyware/adware/malware to me.
Also, your browser files might have been corrupted by one of the above.
If you can get to it, download the following for an initial cleaning of your computer: Spybot Search and Destroy 1.4
Another thing you can do is to go into your "internet options" under "tools" on your browser toolbar, and delete your cookies and temporary files; also clear your search history every now and then.
If the deletion processes don't do anything to speed it up or unfreeze it, then you are most likely infected.
If you don't ever shut your computer down, then your RAM can get full so that you have no room to process anything; try that too.

P.S. Spybot is absolutely free and doesn't take up much room.
P.P.S. Since you don't have much on there, I definitely think your computer is infected.

What are you doing when it freezes? If could be a memory issue with concurrent programs accessing (or trying to) anothers restricted memory space. Or possibly a heap overflow.

Too many tabs open at same time . the computer freezes because it doesn't know what to do.
could be a virus starting.
Memory loss in computer.
Becomes unstable.. is too busy .

If your computer is not working properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.
