you know the like "safe zones" for weight for people of different hights??? like when its too little or too much???? how do people calcualte that, and where can i easily get more info??? specifically, i need the like absolute mininimum healthy weight for a 7 foot person... or how i can find one SOON... also if ur not busy, a 5 foot person, cuz i'm lazy! lol

To answer your question, the absolute minimum healthy weight for a 7 foot person is about 185 lbs.

I dont understand why you need that information - but there is no exact weight that you should be... there is a certain amount of fat you should have... but muscle weighs more than fat and to be completely sure you should be tested.
