Yes unfortunatly, thanks to hollywood, the same crass lights all over the house, turkeys, father christmas (the coke red one), its all the same, the whole globe is now celebrating an American Xmas....

There are a few who still celebrate in the old way, with goose, waysayling, - but not many now
