No and I don't believe the boss can tell you that you can't.

you're implying that you think it should be okay to wear women clothing to work...two problems. External customers and Internal Customers. The external customers (the folks who pay for your company's services) may have serious problems with your dress code and may choose to talk their business elsewhere. That's their right and it drastically affects your company's bottom line. Secondly, your coworkers might feel offended by your dress and it may even lead to law suits (by you and / or them). I'm sure you'd have a problem with someone on the religious right pasting bible verses on your desk or quoting scripture everytime you talked. And let's not even get into which bathroom you would use. Your boss has every right to enforce the dress code in order to maintain good order in the work place. If you want to wear womens' clothing, were some undergarments sans the bra. You're happy, they're happy.

If you have a dress code at work then you have to follow it but from the description of the clothes you mention, it sounds like you can wear anything as long as its clean.

So if your comfortable with what your wearing than thats all that should matter. Your co-workers don't care or have a problem with it... if your boss does then too bad. Your not asking him to wear it!
Your boss is just uncomfortable thats all but he will have to accept it cause thats what your comfortable wearing.

Its not necessarily wrong with all the equal rights thingy but you may get treated differently by co workers. I could a skirt for work but I know I wouldnt be taken seriously and so avoid it, Ive wore underwear to work tho as no one should notice that.

Unless it is specifically against your Company's dress code there really isn't anything they (co-workers) can do about it. If the "Boss" has a problem, then the "Boss" should say something.

Yes it is wrong only because that is a professional environment. It's what you do for a living. Don't make your boss mad because that kinda thing does attract unnecessary attention. Save your feminine clothing for clubs and parties.

depends on the job I guess

if your office has a relax dress code then jeans seem ok.

if not maybe you should switch to slacks and a dress shirt (women slacks and dress shirt if you like)

If your company has a dress code, then adhere to the female dress code, it would then be a violation of your human rights if he tried to stop you, and he if dismissed you then you can sue him on grounds of unlawful or unfair dismissal.

you wear women's bra and panties?
are you straight?
well, if your employer doesn't want you to, I think maybe you should avoid doing it at work, but once you get off, you're free to do what you want.

if there is no formal dress code and its not against the companies policies then they have no right to stop you. seek legal advice it could be discrimination
