WHAT YOU MEAN BY SHIMMER? I AM FORINGER! AND MY ENGLISH IS BAD? IS IT SHADOW? I HAVE A SLIVER COLOR SHADOW, DOES THAT WORK?

It's a highlighter. A shimmery shadow can work, but silver may be a little too bright. Try Rimmel All Over Color pencils, they have a white and a golden yellow shimmery pencil that works well for this.

cream shadow, or a dry shimmer shadow smudged on with a bit of water. Almost every makeup brand has a product of this type.. look for a pearl/white colored cream shadow. It will go on lightly, so it works for every skin tone

well, it is sort of shadow. usually, the color on their eyes brings out the shine more on the side of your eyes. try a light grey or blue on your eyes, then use a silvery or white (or even grey) shadow on the sides. it is good if it has sparkles in it

a light colored eye pencil or shimmery shadow. depending on your skin, white can look great on the insides of your eyes
